Inspiration
I have a three year old son and like all three year olds my son loves pretend play. We often play dinosaur vs dinosaur, tea time, shark attack, doctor-doctor, etc., the list goes on and on. This artwork is inspired from all those pretend plays and the setup depicts a crab getting married holding its favorite flowers, daisies.
The art celebrates the naive perspective of a child within a study of still life. The artwork reminds us to celebrate a child's mindset of a world; where anything is possible and little things can bring you joy.
